Patna: The number of patients of Coronavirus in Bihar is now decreasing. After investigation between Thursday and Friday, a total of four new cases have been found in Bihar. At the same time, two people have become healthy after defeating this disease. With this, according to the report of the Health Department till 4 pm on Friday evening, the number of active cases in Bihar has now increased to 33. One patient has been found from Bhagalpur, two from Bhojpur and one from Jehanabad.

On the other hand, Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey said that under the 102 free ambulance service run by the state government, seven lakh 16 thousand 447 patients were benefited during the last six months. On an average, more than one lakh 19 thousand patients are getting benefits every month. Each ambulance in the state makes an average of 5.1 trips per day. Continuous efforts are being made by the department to provide free ambulances to more and more patients in the state. For this, 1000 additional ambulances are being purchased in the state, in which 50 percent of the purchased ambulances will be state-of-the-art (ALS) ambulances.
Mangal Pandey said that you can take the facility of free ambulance through call on toll free number 102 or through mobile app 102. He said that special attention has been paid to the patients of remote and rural areas so that they do not delay in reaching the hospital. There is facility of ambulance reaching within 30 minutes on call in urban area and 40 minutes in rural area.
